Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or outside the U.S.

Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.

How fast
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Who ships your order
Your Chill Cap ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Your package may arrive in plain or partner-branded packaging.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, email us at john.stackhouse@thechillcap.com.

Battery
The Chill Cap pump contains a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Orders ship by ground service only.

Problems with delivery
If your package is lost, damaged, or shows delivered but you have not received it, email us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and we will work with the carrier to make it right.
